About Jennifer Newsome

A Southern California native, Jennifer Newsome grew up in Westlake Village and has always had a passion for beautiful homes, the beach, and interior design. This led her to a career in real estate where she brings her natural-born talents and imaginative flair for design to Irene Dazzan- Palmer's office. Before transitioning to a career in real estate, Jennifer spent six years honing her love of design by managing a custom showroom and running Jennifer Kathleen Designs, where she helped her clients create their perfect living space. It was there she realized her passion extended beyond interior design and furnishings. She leaped into real estate, bringing along her precise customer service skills, and commitment to communication. 

Jennifer understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. She always puts her clients’ needs first, keeping them fully informed through the entire buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Jennifer is a huge sports fan. When she’s not touring real estate with her clients, she can be found playing golf, hiking with her puppy, or spending time with family and friends.
